Mixed Signal CAD Engineer - Bangalore - India

As a member of the Mixed Signal CAD team, you will create, support, and maintain CAD scripts and tools. You will debug and address tool problems raised by the mixed-signal design and layout communities. You will be involved in CAD tool and feature evaluations.

As the successful candidate, you will have a Bachelor degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

• Knowledge of CMOS semiconductor design flows. 
• Minimum 1-3 years in the semiconductor industry with experience using or supporting Custom-IC CAD packages, such as Cadence Design Framework. 
• Experience coding in one or more scripting languages such as Skill, Perl. 
• Experience with software configuration management (SCM) tools such as Subversion, Perforce and/or IC-centric SCM tools such as DesSync (Synchronicity) or IC Manage. 
• Experience using or supporting integrated circuit simulators such as spice, SPECTRE, AMSDesigner (ncsim).

 Due to work done in multiple sites, you have to demonstrate solid written/verbal communication and time-management skills, ability to learn and understand new tools and technologies quickly. You will also be self-motivated, able to complete projects quickly and efficiently, and work well independently and in a team setting.
