Minimum Educational Qualification :-

As per the recruitment rules for the post of Junior Engineer (Mechanical) Group-B,( Non Gazetted) issued vide govt .Marathi letter No. ºÉä|ÉÊxÉ- 1207/1958/(54/2007)/+É (iÉÉÆÊjÉEò) ÊnùxÉÉÆEò 13.4.2010 the candidate should fulfill the following conditions.

1. Possess at least three years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering or Production Engineering or Production Technology conferred by the Maharashtra State board of Technical Education of the Government.
2. A person appointed to the post shall be required to pass examination for Hindi and Marathi languages and such other departmental and Professional Examinations as may be prescribed by the Government, from time to time, according to the rules made in that behalf, unless he has passed or has been exempted from passing these examinations.
3. As per Maharashtra Government – General Administrative Department Resolution No. Prashikshan 2000/P.K.61/2001/39 dated. 19.3.2003 candidates applying for above post should posses certificate regarding passing any one examination of Computer handling / using D.O.E.A.C.C.C.C.C. level or ‘ O ‘ level or ‘ A ‘ level or ‘ B ‘ level or ‘ C ‘ level or Maharashtra State Higher and Techanical Board MS CIT examination or As per General Administration Department Resolution Marathi No.¨ÉÉiÉƺÉÆ/xɺiÉÒ-07/39, ÊnùxÉÉÆEò 21.2.2008 post graduate/advanced Diploma course passed. If candidate have not passed above examination he shall have to pass the above examinations within two years from the date of appointment or other wise his services will be discontinued

If candidate posses the certificate of passing any one of examinations mentioned above the certificate should be submitted along with application form.

Age limit :-

1. The age as on 01 / 12 / 2011should be. minimum 18 yrs .and maximum 33 yrs. For backward class catogary candidates age l shold not exceed 38 yrs
2. As per Govt. General Administration Circular No. Marathi BºÉ+É®ú´½þÒ-1097/É.Gò.31/98/16-+ dated 16/3/1999 the social reservation and horizontal reservation are made applicable.Since the Post of Junior Engineer (Mech) is a Grade-B (Non gazetted) post , there is no reservation applicable for Ex-servicemen . But upper age limit will be relaxed for Ex-servicemen /Project Affected / Other eligible category declared by Govt. as per existing Govt. rules.

• As per Govt. rules candidate selected for this post, shall have to pass the professional examination within three years, from date of joining on service
• Candidates selected for this post are eligible to be transferred any where in Maharashtra State.
• The Govt. resolutions, circulars, orders issued from time to time ,in respect of recruitment and appointment will be applicable .During and till the completion of the recruitment procedure the changes if any as per the revised Govt. resolution or circular, may occur.

4. Demand Draft of Rs.300/- ( Rs. Three Hundred only.) in case of open category candidates and of Rs.150/- (Rs. One Hundred Fifty only.) for backward class category candidates, of any Nationalized bank drawn in favour of Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd; Pune, & payable at Pune should be enclosed with the application form, mentioning his name and application form No. on back side of the Demand Draft.
